The All-In-One OPUS-QUAD Dj controller puts professional DJs in control of their music, creating  harmony between design, musical playability, and offers multiple advanced features such as standalone 4-deck playback. All this combines to provide a spectacular DJ experience that DJs can harness to inspire their audience in any space or location.

The OPUS-QUAD has a unique look. A unique fan shaped, sloping top plate not only looks sophisticated, but also enhances the operation and comfort during play. For the first time ever on a Pioneer DJ all-in-one DJ system, the OPUS-QUAD offers standalone 4-deck playback to enable versatile DJ performances. And with support for various media source types including USB-C and USB-A, the OPUS-QUAD provides DJs with flexibility.

With OPUS-QUAD, DJs can easily find tracks in the biggest music libraries via an intuitive large touch display and a new rotary selector. Once DJs create a set and begin performing, the OPUS-QUAD’s deck configuration makes performing comfortable and easy as DJs can view track information for each deck with a single glance.

OPUS-QUAD produces high-quality audio at any venue. With zone output, you even have the option to output audio that’s separate from the master audio, giving you the option to play different music genres in different rooms of a venue from just one unit.

FEATURES:
Harmony between Design and Musical Playability
With a matte black finish and earth-colored slits on the front and sides, the OPUS-QUAD enhances the aesthetic  of any performance environment. The entire product is sloped at a 5-degree angle. The rounded front edge is designed to be comfortable for performers to rest their hands on, and the dimples and textured finish on the outer and top parts of the jogs add to the aesthetic while providing better grip. The colors of the lights on the jog rings, match the customizable colors DJs have assigned to the decks so they always know which is playing. All this combines to help play comfortably, deliver the best performance, and inspire an audience.

Standalone 4-Deck Playback
The OPUS-QUAD offers standalone 4-deck playback for versatile DJ performances. This means DJs can play 4 tracks on 4 different decks simultaneously, cue up tracks in advance, and even leave a deck free for dropping requests into their set at a moment’s notice – all with just one unit.

Support for Multiple Media Sources
DJs can draw from various music libraries. From USB thumb drives to huge SSD drives, to plugging in a PC/Mac that’s running DJ software, or by connecting via Wi-Fi® to wirelessly play tracks from their smartphone*1 or using rekordbox CloudDirectPlay. DJs can even pair a mobile device via Bluetooth®/MD wireless technology – perfect if they want to quickly drop a request into their set.

The unit features 4 USB inputs in total: 1 x USB Type-C port for connecting the latest devices, a PC/Mac or, in some cases, a mobile device; 1 x USB Type A (3.2) port on the rear panel for rapid communication with an SSD drive or similar device; and 2 x standard USB Type-A ports on the top panel.

Rapid and accurate track search – even from the biggest collections
Find your tracks faster and more accurately than ever before with the freshly designed user interface with an electrostatic touch module. No matter how big your music library is, you can use the 10.1-inch touch screen to quickly search for songs via the keyboard or use Playlist Bank for quick navigation between playlists. With Touch Preview, you can even preview tracks while browsing. The new Smart Rotary Selector offers a joystick-like experience with left/right, up/down, rotation, and push control. And the other browsing controls are neatly arranged around the selector so you can scour your music collection and preview and load tracks without moving your hand.

Optimized deck configuration and new Smart Cue
Take control of the music with a slick deck layout that includes a deck display and 8 Hot Cue buttons above each full-size jog wheel. With this arrangement, you don’t need to switch your gaze when manipulating tracks or checking things such as the track information, parameter, and status of each function. And with the new Smart Cue feature*, you can automatically overwrite the current cue position with the recalled Hot Cues. This makes it much quicker and more intuitive than ever before to use Hot Cues with one touch.

*To use the Smart Cue function, ‘Overwrite Current Cue with Hot Cue’ must be turned on in the Utility setting in advance.

High-quality pleasant sound that enhances the audience’s experience
Designed to meet the needs of the increasingly diverse DJ scene, the OPUS-QUAD produces high-quality sound that’s comfortable to listen to for long periods of time. The configuration of the unit eliminates transmission loss and AD-DA conversion loss and it’s loaded with a high-quality 32-bit D/A converter from ESS Technology. As a result, wherever you play on the OPUS-QUAD, the entire venue is gently enveloped by a comfortable sound that enhances the spatial experience.

Easy-to-use professional effects
The evolved effects on the OPUS-QUAD make it easy to add texture and tension to the music so you can hype up the crowd and personalize your sound with Beat FX. The XY-Pad makes it easy to control features such as FX Bank and channel select, as Beat FX parameters and the cut-off frequency of the filter are controlled by movement on the X and Y-axis respectively, so you can blend both effects with a single finger. With the popular Smooth Echo feature, you can easily trigger an echo sound by moving a fader or knob you’ve pre-assigned to apply the effect when it’s turned on.

Zone output for playing different music in different spaces
Thanks to the zone output – which can output sound that’s separate from the master – you can play different music in different rooms from just 1 OPUS-QUAD. For example, you could connect a phone to the unit via Bluetooth and set a playlist of background music to play quietly in a bar area or second room where people are socializing while you mix tracks from a USB device in the main room.

rekordbox and Serato compatibility
Plug-and-play compatibility for rekordbox Performance mode and Serato DJ Pro (coming summer 2023) is included with the OPUS-QUAD. You can simply plug in your PC/Mac running either application to get started – there’s no need for a license or subscription. If you use rekordbox you can also connect to the rekordbox for iOS/Android mobile app (coming April 2023).
To use the system with rekordbox for free, click here to install the PC/Mac version of the software.

What is an extended warranty?
An extended warranty is an extension of your original manufacturer’s warranty. Most manufacturer’s warranty their products to be free from defects for up to one year from the date of purchase. This warranty virtually guarantees you that if your purchased product fails, CPS will protect you from the high costs of replacement parts and labor necessary to repair your product. Most Consumer Priority Service extended service plans lengthen your product’s coverage for up to an additional 48 months (4 years) to ensure you get years of performance satisfaction from your newly purchased product.
How is this different than the manufacturer's warranty?
A manufacturer's warranty usually offers limited coverage for a limited time, with parts and labor carrying separate lengths of coverage. For example, a common manufacturer warranty of a television might cover a consumer for one full year on parts defects but only 90 days on the high cost of labor involved to change those parts. CPS extended service plans provide comprehensive, long term, even length coverage. This means that should your product fail within your plans coverage time frame, both parts and labor costs are covered.
When does Accidental Damage Coverage begin?
Accidental Damage protection begins 30 days after purchase.
Who will perform the service on my product?
PS works with tens of thousands of authorized service professionals. Each technician is extensively trained by the respective manufacturers to provide service on your products. Authorized technicians must complete annual and bi-annual continued education exams in addition to being well learned in manufacturer supplied update bulletins to ensure their level of expertise is as current as the new products which come to market.
Can I transfer my CPS plan to another person?
Yes, all plans are transferable. Please call (800) 905-0443 for further assistance in transferring your plan. Please note: A transfer fee of $25.00 will apply to all warranty transfers.
Will I have to pay a deductible or any other hidden costs?
Every CPS service plan carries a zero deductible along with low premiums. This means that with a CPS service plan there are no high upfront costs and we are committed to cover 100% parts and labor costs on any authorized claim. Generally, the amount of a deductible is almost always proportional to the amount of the premium charged. In order to have a lower deductible, even as low as $0, the plan holder would generally have to agree to a higher premium. For those who want lower premiums, they must agree to a higher deductible.
How do I file a claim?
Logon to CPS Central where you can initiate a claim on your product. You may also call the toll-free number (800) 905-0443 and have a qualified representative file a claim for you with the information you provide.
