You’ve got 30 days from the date we shipped your order to request a return.
Below are the 3 often seen return situations and how we handle each one:
Your item is defective or damaged when it arrives
We’ve got your back.
If your item shows up damaged or doesn't work right out of the box, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
Here’s how it works:
If the item is found to be in full working condition or not as described, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges both ways. (additional restocking fees may apply)
You ordered something, but it’s not the right fit — and it’s still in great shape
We totally get it — sometimes things don’t work out.
You can return it within 30 days if:

Store credit is valid for 60 days from the issue date.
You’d prefer your money back, no problem
We’ll happily refund you once we’ve received and inspected your return - please be aware of a few conditions:

Like store credit, refunds will have our original shipping cost deducted, even on free shipping orders. Return shipping is also your responsibility.
Some things just can’t be taken back once opened or used:
