The APE LABS ApeLight Maxi Ultra-Bright Uplight is a battery powered LED headlamp with built-in rechargeable battery and controllable with the ape labs 2.4GHz remote control or via wireless DMX with the W-APE wireless DMX transceiver. The 3 x 15 Watt RGBW LEDs and the built-in 10 degree LED optics enable various applications. A sufficient number of colors and programs, speed options, a sound-to-light mode and the possibility to use the ApeLight maxi in different groups allow a wide range of applications.
The ApeLight maxi can be used for traditional up-lighting on walls or as a decorative element for glasses and bottles. The case is made of sturdy stainless steel. The surface of the ApeLight mini is made of 5 mm thick acrylic glass. A point load on the surface of 70 Kg poses no problem for the ApeLight maxi. The electronics inside are sealed watertight, so that temporary applications in which the device gets wet or liquids penetrating are also possible. A bracket for mounting on Traverse or for angling up lighting is included with the device.
